I have WP 3.8.1 and have installed EE4 (Version 4.1.9.1.reg) with no other plugins installed but get the following error messages in the event tickets and datetimes section:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in \wp-content\plugins\event-espresso\caffeinated\admin\new\pricing\espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 720

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in \wp-content\plugins\event-espresso\caffeinated\admin\new\pricing\espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 662

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in \wp-content\plugins\event-espresso\caffeinated\admin\new\pricing\espresso_events_Pricing_Hooks.class.php on line 1027

If I then try and add a new ticket type and save the event I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘EE_Error’ with message ‘Error inserting values 0,Free Admission,,2014-03-17 16:04:00,2014-03-24 00:00:00,0,-1,0,0,10,-1,,,0,1,,0 for columns TTM_ID,TKT_name,TKT_description,TKT_start_date,TKT_end_date,TKT_min,TKT_max,TKT_price,TKT_sold,TKT_qty,TKT_uses,TKT_taxable,TKT_is_default,TKT_order,TKT_row,TKT_deleted,TKT_parent, using data types %d,%s,%s,%s,%s,%d,%d,%f,%d,%d,%d,%d,%d,%d,%d,%d,%d, into table wp_esp_ticket. Hi Andy,

I’ve seen something similar to this when an install does not complete. Could you please try reinstalling through WP Plugins?

1) Login to your WordPress admin

2) Browse to Plugins and locate Event Espresso in the list

3) Deactivate and remove Event Espresso

4) Download a fresh copy from your Event Espresso account and upload and activate through WordPress Plugins

Let me know if this helps!

Lorenzo

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried removing the data and deleting the plugin and reinstalling but I’m still getting the same issue unfortunately.

Hi Andy,

Is this an update or a fresh install starting with 4.1.9.1?

I’d like to take a look if that possible? Is so could you provide temporary log-in details for both the wp-admin and FTP please.

Please send them using this form:
