EE4 & License Key entered yet automatic updates not working

Hi,

We have a valid ee4 license and have entered I support key yet we are getting the notice:

Please advise.

Hi Stephanie,

Go ahead and dismiss the message. Then go to Event Espresso –> General Settings and click save.

That will refresh support services on your site and you should be able to update.
