EE4 & LearnDash – Remove user from course after ticket cancellation

Hi,

I’m using EE4 with LearnDash integration. The current flow is:
– User ABC books a ticket in an event (EE4)
– System automatically enrol that user in to the associated LearnDash course

I’d like to have a similar automated process for cancellation, something like this:
– Now that user ABC no longer wants to attend the registered course / event
– User cancels her ticker in EE4
– System automatically unenrols that user from the associated LearnDash course

May I know if that’s even possible in EE4? And if not, has there been any work-around?

Looking forward to any suggestions 🙂

Hi Daniel,

Yes this would be possible to do, the LearnDash add-on will need to hook in when the registration status is updated and remove the course from the user if the status is set to cancelled.

However the LearnDash add-on was developed by LearnDash themselves, so you would need to contact them for support on the above.
