When guests are trying to register for camp on 6/20 once they enter all of their information and try to submit payment they get an error code that says Line 1 Information Incomplete. |
Hi Dorian, Can you find the exact error message, that’s going to be in Event Espresso > Payment Methods > Logs. Also, it will help to know which payment method they were using. |
Under GATEWAY RESPONSE is says: Line item 1 is invalid. (Reason Code: 270) |
Hi Dorian, That sounds like an Authorize.net error code. Since the camp happened last week, have any upcoming events had the same issue? The reason I ask is because I can’t really test a registration for the 6/20 event now, it’s in the past now. |
It happened again for this Wednesdays class: masterpiecemixerssuwanee.com Do you think length of event name is a possibility? |
I can’t test that one either to check. Are all registrations for that one event having this issue? |
The summer camp ones, yes |
Dorian, Where might I find a summer camp event that’s having the issue that I can do a registration test? Please post a URL to a specific event where registration is open. A URL to the calendar or the homepage isn’t helpful in this case. |

OK so if you go to that event’s URL: https://www.masterpiecemixerssuwanee.com/events/kids-art-camp-around-the-world-ages-5-12-2/ You’ll see two ticket options: One Day Ticket and Full Camp Deposit June 26 – June 29. Do the transactions that get the error happen with either of the ticket types or does the error happen only when it’s one of those in the transaction? |
