EE4 is not capturing registrants prior to payment

We migrated our EE4 site to a new server last month. I am not sure if that is when it started, but we are not seeing our registrant information captured prior to payment. The data says it is submitted successfully, but alas, there is no record in Event Espresso.

We are on WP 4.1 and EE4.4.8 at http://events.penflorida.org

Please advise.

That’s strange. Do you have any caching plugins installed?

I do use W3 Cache with an exception for the following:
wp-.*\.php
index\.php
/checkout/
/processing/
/thanks/
/return/
/events/

Hi Michael,

With EE4.4.x if the user stops at this step – http://take.ms/n2U94

Then no registration will be created.

The registration is only created after the user has click ‘Finalize Registration’ if using Onsite payment method’s (like yours) the user would need to attempt a payment before the registration is created.

We have several captures for an event last month with payments pending. We had the invoice option available at the time, so I am assuming that the capture happens at that point as well.

It would be nice to capture that data prior to payment, in the off event that their is a glitch in the payment process.

Hi Michael,

EE4.6 will capture registration info before payment.
