Hello,

In our website we only accept “advance payments”. Each event’s organizer decides of that price. The other part of the paiement have to be directly paid to the organizer. Soon wee will collect this advance payment via Stripe.

To do that we have transformed the ticket “price field” into “advance payments” field.
And we store the total price in the title (and also in the description field).

Here is the result : https://www.viviarto.com/ateliers-stages/test-prod-v1/
Do you have another idea to store both the total price and the advance payment ?

We managed to make this process clean, except on the e-mail confirmation part. We have a problem. In fact, it uses the shortcode

[RECIPIENT_TICKET_LIST]

And this shortcode automatically bring the description. But in our case this description is not clean, because ve keep the Total Price. So we want to remove the description of this shortcode. Is it possible ?

Thanks a lot for your help,

Josh

Hi there,

Can you use the [RECIPIENT_DATETIME_LIST] short code instead?
