Hi In EE3 you can export all the transaction data to a CSV file that can be read by MS Excel, where is the same option available within EE4? Kind regards |
Hi Dominic, You can export attendee/registrants data. Go to WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> Events. Hover over your Event name and some options will appear. Click on Registrations and this will take you to a page that shows registrations only for this specific event. Then click on the Registrations CSV export button which appears at the bottom of the screen: http://cl.ly/image/3O2H0z3Q3i3g — |

Hi Lorenzo I tried that but I get an error message: Can you advise? |
Hi Dominic, Can you tell me which version of EE4 do you currently have installed please? |

Hi Tony Version 4.1.9.1 |
|
Though I did see an update to 4.1.10 which has the same issue it would seem. |
Have you modified EE core at all? I do not get that error on 4.1.9.1 or 4.1.10, it could possibly be a plugin conflict. Can you update to 4.1.10 and see if the issue remains please? *We recommend making a full site backup before updating ANY plugins, we have a guide on how to do this post here: |

everything is updated, but I am still getting the error: Fatal error: Call to a member function admin_label() on a non-object in /home/ieec/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg-3/core/db_classes/EE_Export.class.php on line 412 |
In that case I would try a full troubleshoot. Temporarily disable all Non-EE plugins and see if the export feature then works, if it does activate your plugins one by one to find which causes the conflict. If not switch to a default theme such as twentyfourteen and check if it works then. I would recommend cloning the site locally (Personally I use a plugin called Duplicator |
