My event table shows the correct event date, but does not show the correct time. It appears that the event time showing is an hour past the event end time. Any suggestions?

Hi Richard, Can you provide a link to an example event, along with a screenshot of the datetime and ticket settings for that event please? |

Here are the links to the 2 screenshots http://s225.photobucket.com/user/rtreeman/media/EventSettings.jpg.html http://s225.photobucket.com/user/rtreeman/media/EventTable.jpg.html |
Hi Richard, Can you tell me the Timezone, Date Format & Time Format you currently have set within Dashbord -> Settings -> General please? |
Yes thank you for the support: Timezone – Los Angeles |
Is your browser set to a different timezone than the site? |
No, I get the same time when viewing on different browsers and/ or devices. Here is a link to my event page: |
Hi Richard, that link appears to be broken. Could you share a temporary SFTP/FTP login and a temporary WordPress admin login so we can take a look on our end? https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ — |

Hi Lorenzo, I am having trouble with the host. Right now the site is down, due to trouble with the theme and the plugins. I will let you know when its back up and functioning properly. |

Hi, I seem to be experiencing this same issue. It relates to the EE4 Event Table addon. The times in the table are displaying 10 hours before the event is scheduled for. I have both the general settings time for WordPress set to Time Zone = Brisbane and the same for EE4. The EE4 event table addon category filter box also does not work. |
Richard and Troy, Please update to the latest version of the event table plugin. It has fixes for the dates and a fix for the venue column. @Troy, can you let us know what’s not working with the category filters? |
@Troy, I took a look at your site and yes the filters are not working. They are jQuery powered, so I checked your site for errors and could not find any. If after the update to version 1.1 it still does not work, it may be worthwhile to troubleshoot your site by deactivating the plugins except EE and see if ti functions then. I’m thinking it’s a silent conflict with another plugins jQuery. |

Thanks Josh and Dean, I updated to the latest EE4 Event Table plugin and that has resolved the time / date issue. I deactivated all plugins except the Event Espresso and aforementioned plugin but it did not resolve the filter problem. Could it be a conflict with the theme itself? |
@Josh and @Dean – just an update. I found the conflict relating to the EE4 Event Table filter not working. It is because I had the [EVENT_ESPRESSO] shortcode in the page content, but I was using the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE] shortcode in the template builder of RT-Theme18 theme. I simply remove the shortcode from the page content. Many thanks for your assistance and quick responses. |
Hi Troy, if this issue is resolved, then please update this support post to resolved. Thanks — |
