EE4 my event prices have become incorrect even the the 4.6.30 update. Starting about two weeks ago some (not all) of my event prices randomly changes to bizarre number like -$100K. After changing all of these prices my events will still spontaneously change their price event after multiple checks and revisions.

Hi Michael,
There was an issue where the ticket price was not updating to be correct for any tickets that made by duplicating existing tickets. This was fixed in version 4.6.28, but it did not retroactively change existing data.
Are the tickets on your site duplicated from other tickets? If so, can you try going in to edit the event, then update the tickets and save?

Josh, thank you for the quick response. The tickets were not duplicated from other tickets. For a lot of these, we have edited the price and saved as you recommended, in fact on a few events we even deleted events and tickets and recreated them completely and have the same issue. Further detail is that these tickets will be corrected, only a day or two later for a visitor or team member to discover that the error has reoccured. – Note: This issue did not start occurring until we added Mexico as a country. (not sure if that is superstition or a possible reason).

If I understand you correctly, the pricing holds for a day or so and then changes by itself.
Is that correct?
Have there been any changes or edits to the core plugin?
You can enable multiple countries for your attendees/registrants so I don’t think that is the cause here.

I have not identified a definitive timeline of when the ticket price changes automatically.
One example is this event: https://www.h11dfs.com/events/jtag-data-recovery-and-mobile-phone-repair-9/
I have edited the ticket price multiple times now, within the last hour even. The correct price should display $3949, however, it has already reverted back to $1999, which is the price of a different event.
The core of the plugin is untouched. I do have the a custom php template page setup to adjust some CSS details for the table addon page “[ESPRESSO_EVENTS_TABLE_TEMPLATE template_file=”espresso-events-table-template.template-custom.php”]” But this should not be related to the data of individual events themselves.

Hi Michael,
I checked your site and it looks like there a 9 duplicates of this same event, all with different dates and locations? Are you using a post duplicator plugin to initially duplicate original events, and then go back to adjust dates and locations?
