EE4 Custom Message Templates not showing

Hello,

I’ve created a custom message template to replace “Registration Pending Payment”. However when I go through the ticket buying process I still get the default Message template. Am I missing an option to switch it over from using the default to using the custom.

Hi Kam,

Could you go to the event editor for this event and then scroll down to to the end of the page?

You should then see the notifications options.

Look for the registration pending payment message and then ensure that its set to use the custom option instead of the global option.

Then save changes to your event via the event editor.
