EE4 Checkout process UX is confusing

Hello,

Not sure if anyone has noticed this but the checkout process for EE4 is very confusing.

You enter your details, please proceed to payment options. Select a payment option for example “pay by credit card/stripe”. Click the pay now and enter your card details. The grey button “finalize payment options” does not light up.

Is there a class I can target for example onCompletion so I can change the colour of the button once they have entered their card details or gone through paypal process.

A lot of our customers are missing the grey button and there registrations are coming up as a”Abandoned”.

Hi,

There is a known bug that stops the button from being selectable when swapping between gateways (a fix will be included in 4.6.15). This sounds similar. Can you provide a link to an example event please?

Hey Dean,

Yes this sounds about right. We have just overwritten the css currently to make the button a colour as a temp fix. When will the next version be out?

The event tickets are at £1. So please do not click on the button to finalize payment otherwise it will charge your card as the site is live.
