When I went to purchase EE4 Business License, I found that there are only licenses available for Personal and Developer. Will there be licensing support for EE4 businesses in the near future, or are we best off to buy EE3 Business License for now?
After carefully analyzing the features, we decided EE4 will be best, and then once it’s out of beta mode, we’ll have the latest licensing package! Very exciting! The primary tool that we are looking to use in conjunction with EE is MailChimp Integration.
After I found the EE4 MailChimp Integration add-on website page, I clicked on “Pricing Plans,” hoping to buy the license, and there are only two options available are stated for EE3 licenses:
“EE3 Developer License” and “EE3 Business License”
That got me to thinking that using the MailChimp Integration tool will be best for a Business license, however EE4 licensing isn’t available for business!
My primary concern is the EE3 documentation stating that the support licenses will eventually be unavailable. Are there be EE4 Business License options to purchase? And will there be certain continued support for the EE3 licenses?

Hi Jen,
There isn’t currently a business support license available for Event Espresso 4. The options are currently personal and developer. We may introduce a business support license for Event Espresso 4 in the future.
For Event Espresso 3, we will be supporting it for another two years and we will announce our plan to retire that platform well in advance.
