For some reason the tickets are not coming through as line items on the Authorize.NET receipts. They are completely blank. Is there a setting in WordPress to adjust this or any recommendations to have the line items show up? Thank you! |

Hi there, Which Auth.net payment method are you using? I’ll check with our developers on the expected output for that payment method. |
|
Thank you for your response. It is the Authorize.NET AIM payment method. Let me know if you need anything else! |

I did some digging into this and I’m not getting issues with Auth.net AIM, I’ll need some more details on how event is set up and the registration being made to show the problem. Can you link me to one of your events that you are getting the problem on and what tickets I need to select to show the problem? |

I am happy to provide more information. Let me know if you need anything else. WordPress: 4.9.1 |

Have you contacts SiteGround and have them disable their sever side caching on the EE4 Critical pages? Your pages are still caching which is preventing me from running a registration on your site – http://take.ms/8u854 Can you run through the steps here: https://eventespresso.com/wiki/setup-nocache-exclusion-rules-event-espresso/ However where it mentions to set the strings within a plugin, you’ll likely need to contact SiteGround and have them set the exclusions for you. |

OK. I just disabled the cache for the critical EE pages. It now shows: |

All of your events are still cached. The registration checkout page is cached – http://take.ms/vL0oNJ The transactions page is cached – http://take.ms/vL0oNJ The thank you page – http://take.ms/FKVfr Looks like all of the critical pages are still caching and I ran some tests using the same event setup you are using and don’t have any problems with auth.net. Can you post a screenshot that shows the problem your seeing with line items? |
|
Please check the caching again. Siteground says it is not cached: |

Now they show as not cachable, they didn’t earlier. So, back to your auth.net issue. I ran some tests using the same event setup you are using and don’t have any problems with auth.net. Can you post a screenshot that shows the problem your seeing with line items? |

The registrant names should appear in the line items. It used to show them in EE3 but after using EE4, new registrations don’t show the registrant names. This is especially important for multi-person registrations |
