EE4 Assigning Custom Ticket Template

I feel like I’m missing something basic .. I have created a custom ticket template, but I can not find anywhere in the event settings where to assign it. The documentation seems to be for EE3 and points to the right had column, but I don’t see a section for that in EE4.

Hi Aaron,

Using EE4 you select the template within the Event that is to be used for.

So if you go to Event Espresso -> Events.

Edit the event you wish for this template to be used on.

At the bottom under ‘Notifications’ you’ll find dropdowns for the templates to be used on each message type.

You can select your custom template there – http://take.ms/FgJh3

A quick question, is this template an Event specific template, or to be used for all of your events?

Thanks … the only thing that I would add is that what I was looking for (the printable ticket) was under the “HTML” tab.

These will likely be per event as they will have a corporate logo as well as an event logo …
