We have EE3 on our site and are in the process of updating the site design. So we added EE4 to the development version of the site with plans on purchasing that before launch. I am porting over content from the live site and some of the events have an alternative url. On the development version of EE4, there is no place to ad an alternative url. I need to be sure that it is available on EE4 before purchasing it otherwise we will need to continue to use EE3. thank you.

Hi Christine,
The Alternative URL is part of the event options area of the event editor and that option is available in the regular version of Event Espresso 4:

We have the decaffeinated version installed and there is no alt link like you shown in your provided example. I think you mean that it is available in the full version of EE4. Which is good. I tried to buy it with my info and it said my info was already registered. Do I just need to update my license to get EE4 when going from EE3, or is there a different url I should go to accomplish this?

Hi Christine, I see what you mean. We are using the wording differently.
Free version of Event Espresso 4 = Decaf
Regular version of Event Espresso 4 (you receive this with a support license purchase) = Regular
Try buying once you are logged into your EventEspresso.com account. If you are not logged in, then it will say that there is an existing account.
