EE3 pricing questions and EE4 ticket add on question

After choosing EE3 on Pricing page when I scroll down, I see all EE4 addons listed.
Is this a typo?
I am interested in finding out which EE3 addons will be included in the EE3 Business Licence.

I am a little confused with EE4 ticketing add on. With EE3 ticketing add on, I believe that I can download your app for Android / iPhone and scan the tickets at the entrance. Is that possible with EE4?

Sorry for any confusion. The list of addons is found by clicking the blue + sign on the pricing page (https://eventespresso.com/pricing/?ee_ver=ee3).

EE4 Barcode scanner does not use the Mobile App. The barcode scanning is generally achieved with an actual Barcode scanner, though most generic barcode scanning apps (with keyboards) will work as well.
