Hello, We are using EE3 (transitioning to EE4 shortly) and utilize the Paypal Payments Pro option for numerous years. We have Visa, Mastercard and Amex enabled as credit card options. Reports that AMEX option when user submits is being declined or failing. We did our own valid tests and received the following error message: https://app.screencast.com/v9sOT8g7eOTZ8 USD is the currency enabled via the payment option settings: The test data we registered was a Canadian address but that shouldn’t matter when using a valid AMEX card as payment option. Hi Andreo, Have you previously been able to accept AMEX cards? For PayPal to allow you to accept AMEX you need to have enabled it within your PayPal Pro account. Log into your PayPal account and under Account Administration look for ‘Accepted Card Types’, make sure AMEX is included within those. |
