EE3 Paypal connection error

Hey hey,
Anyone else on EE3 having issues with Paypal connection? It seems the have stopped talking to each other and now all our payments appear as incomplete even when they did go through and it also appears in EE as if no payment had been done so people are paying 2-3 times…
These are the messages we are getting in the error log (about 1 per minute):
[20-Mar-2017 14:17:17 Australia/Melbourne] PHP Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in /home4/alittleh/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/process_payments.php on line 30

Hello,

I saw a prior support post about this issue here:

Did you try temporarily enabling WordPress debugging to get some information on what is causing the 500 errors?

And is there a caching system currently running?
