EE3 business license – EE4 addons

Hello, I bought an EE3 business license, and upgraded to EE4 few days ago.
I tought that some EE4 addons would be included in this Pricing Plan (as it is notified on the site), however I can’t download them ? (EE4 Printable Tickets and EE4 Ticket Scanning) Did i misunderstood ?
