Hi. We have a similar problem to a previous topic https://eventespresso.com/topic/registrations-csv-export-show-incomplete-answers-to-custom-questions/ We have a custom question on an event, a simple dropdown to select a T Shirt size. When exporting the data today, the heading for T Shirt size was on the file but no data was included. Strangely this was working on a previous download but isn’t now. The data is captured in the registration system. Can you help? Thanks |
Hi there, I’ll likely need to see within the admin to see if I can spot what is happening, I know you’ve submitted credentials previously but we do not store them so can you resend using this form, please? https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Do you have multiple ‘T Shirt size’ questions assigned to the same event? |

Hmm, odd! I’ll need to add some debug code to the CSV export to see what is going on here, can you resubmit the form providing FTP credentials? |

Hi there, This is a problem caused by the 3rd party Price Modifier add-on on the site and the reason it’s not caused an issue prior to this is due to you not having a ‘pricing’ type ‘T shirt size’ question until recently. Question ID 220 is a question you’ve created for that add-on and it had an ‘Admin Text’ set of ‘T shirt size’ which match multiple other ‘normal’ questions with the same field name. The add-on hooks into the CSV report and checks if any of the fields are of ‘pricing’ type and then does some processing. As 1 of your t-shirt questions was a price typw it was doing some additional processing on that field and removing it from the CSV. I’ve edited question ID 220 so the admin field is now ‘T shirt size ee-pricing’ just so its something different and the CSV works as expected. |

You’re most welcome. I recommend trying to keep those admin fields unique for each individual question (I know that’s often easier said than done). |
