Registrations CSV export show incomplete answers to custom questions

Good evening. I have an event called “Scenic Tour” including a set of custom questions asking the customer for his menu preference. This is a compulsory question during registration. However, not all those questions are exported to CSV.

So we have a question group called “menu preference” with three radio-button questions: First course preference, Main course preference, and Dessert preference, each with two possible options to choose from.

When you browse the registrations, all that information is shown correctly on each registration detail page, so the data is correctly stored in the database.

However, when you export registrations to CSV (both on complete and filtered modes), only the last question (“dessert preference”) appears on the CSV file. There’s no information about the previous two questions.

I *really* and *urgently* need to extract that information from the database. What can I do? Thanks

Are the questions still assigned to question group that is assigned to the event?

I’ll try testing this on my site and see if I can reproduce what you are reporting.

Also, are you asking for the menu preference from the additional attendees in addition to the primary attendee?

I tested with one and multiple radio required question with three options and the data was exported. https://www.screencast.com/t/mNXGKl7Pi

Do you have any other information that you can provide? I see you’re a couple minor versions behind in the Event Espresso software. Maybe updating would help?

For the moment I am extracting that information manually, so it’s no longer that urgent. But let’s try to solve this:
1) The questions are asigned to the question group, yes
2) I am asking for the menu preference to all attendees, primary and additional ones.
3) Yes, I updated the software less than a month ago. If you think that current version will help, I will try that after current event finishes.

I’d like to take a look at how the 3 questions are set up within the question group, rather than requesting screenshots would you mind if I logged into the site to take a quick look? If not you can send temporary login details using this form:
