EE "Cannot Load Event"

We’ve used our EE in June but cannot create an event anymore for some reason. I’ve tried duplicating an event as well as creating an new one from scratch. When I click on the “Update Event’ button, we are recieving a “Cannot Load Event” message without any other information. What could this be?

Have updated WordPress recently? If so, you need to update Event Espresso as well.

We have recently updated WordPress and also Event Expresso from what I can tell. I’m not receiving a notification that we can upgrade it. We currently have Version 3.1.11.P.

I apologize. I didn’t see that the new version was 3.1.27. There isn’t a place in the WordPress back end to upgrade. Should I uninstall and re-install the 3.1.27?

Hello Smoore,

Your licence has run out so you will need to purchase a new licence in order to obtain the latest version of Event Espresso.

If you obtained a copy before your licence ran out, you can follow these instructions. https://eventespresso.com/wiki/updating-event-espresso/
