Hello Support,

We have one person who purchased 9 tickets to a single event; a ticket for himself and eight tickets for his eight employees. Each ticket bears his name and information. He has since provided the names for each of his employees. How do I edit the tickets to reflect each employees name?

It’s extremely important that we can track tickets and check-ins by name since this is the proof of certification training. This certification is often used in court cases for establishing expert witnesses.

I was able to edit each ticket to reflect the correct registrant. However, I wonder if we can remove or disable the check box that fills in all of the tickets with one person’s name and info? Or, make filling out each registrant’s info mandatory? This would help us from having to contact a registrant and get the names for the ticket holders.

Hi Craig,

You can require a name and email for each registrant by enabling the personal question group for additional registrants:

The copy attendee 1 option can be hidden with CSS:

Thanks Lorenzo,

Actually, I’m Dave Knoerr their webmaster. I added the CSS to the Theme Options and sent this to Craig.

I’ll let you know if it worked for him. Thanks again!
