Editing CSS for Event Search shortcode

Hello,

I am using the event search shortcode on the mobile version of my home page and the search field is too long for mobile so it goes off the edge of the screen.. how can i edit this CSS to style the search box and button to my liking?

I would suggest adding media queries to a child theme or using a plugin like Simple Custom CSS.
