Edit registration form answers

I need to edit the registration form answers for a particular contact. They selected “none” for the question: “Please select any special dietary requirements” and I need to change their answer.

Here is a screenshot:

When I try and click “edit the above question group” nothing happens.

Ha, never mind I’m an idiot. I figured it out.

Hi, glad to hear you were able to figure this out. I’m sharing the solution here for other members.

By default the answers for a registration is “locked” and appears greyed out which means you cannot edit them.

Clicking on the edit the above question group link will remove this lock so that you can edit the answers.

Then you can save changes by clicking on the Update Registrations Questions button.
