We are finding that we are getting duplicate entries in the CSV for events. I am not sure at which point the CSV is generated or where it gets the data from but I think it might be including aborted transactions or something like that. I have matched all the registrations in the backend to what is in the CSV and it doesn’t match.
The CSV should not include ‘Incomplete’ registrations, or registrations with ‘Abandoned’ transactions unless those registrations have been set to ‘Approved’.
When you export the CSV and compare it with the Events registration list, what is the Registration and Transaction status of the additional registrations you find?
