Hi there, I asked a question about duplicating events and Lorenzo pointed me in the direction of where there should be a duplicate button on our events page. It wasn’t where it should be so I THOUGHT PERHAPS I had downloaded EE decaf instead of EE4. So i deleted my event espresso plugin from WP and now when I am trying to upload the plugin ‘Event Espresso 4 Core Regular v4.9.1p’ it is coming up with a message saying ‘failed to write file to disk’

Can anyone help me with this problem please

Hi Simon,

‘failed to write file to disk’

Usually this would mean there is a problem on the server for example the incorrect permissions set on the /uploads/ or /plugins/ directory or it could also be caused if you do not have any free disk space on your server.

I would recommend contacting your host and confirm you have free space and the correct permissions are set on your site (/uploads/ should have permissions 755) so that your web user can write to the directories.
