Please try these locations (depending on the version that you are running):

There is many, many, many strings that are not Localized.
Look at this image for example:

These files:
EEH_Activation.helper.php
registration_page_wrapper.template.php
registration_page_attendee_information.template.php
etc…
So what it means, is that we could never update the plugin!
Because I have to modify many, many php files…

Keep in mind that Event Espresso 4 is currently in beta so the development team is making improvements to the software on a daily basis.

Also, GlotPress now has translation strings that are up to date for the current Event Espresso 4.8.x platform.
