Hello,
The client get this error when trying to download the PDF :
Fatal error: Class ‘Table_Row_Frame_Reflower’ not found in /home/cdcsite/public_html/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/third_party_libs/dompdf/include/frame_factory.cls.php on line 201
Is it a known issue ?

Hi Olivier,
I have not seen that error before but I do see that you are running an older version of Event Espresso.
The current version is 4.2.6.
Could you backup your system and update through WP plugins?
Let us know if this clears up the error.

I upgraded on my dev environment, now I get this error :
Fatal error: Call to undefined function imagecreatefrompng() in /home/cdcsite/_stage/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/core/third_party_libs/dompdf/lib/class.pdf.php on line 4204

Other thing, I had to activate the licence Key on my DEV, is there a way to get it back when I’m done testing ?

Hi Oliver,
You’ll need to make sure that the GD Library is installed on your server. Here’s a related stackexchange thread where some solutions are offered:

As an aside, it turns out you can test Event Espresso on a dev server without activating keys there. Now that the dev server has the support license tied to it, you will need to request a reset for the key (you can skip it where it asks for payment, we’ll reset for free, but please don’t activate the key on the dev site in the future. Instead you can manually update the plugin on the dev site for testing)
