Download link not working after purchase

Hi, I purchased a business license and I can’t download the plugin. I click on the download link and the page just refreshes… and my account page doesn’t show any license keys. Am I missing something? Thanks for your help!

Sorry for the trouble. I’ve updated your account.

Did you create your account at the same time you purchased? Not sure why you account was not successfully created and setup when you purchased.
