I am using MER. Shopping cart works up until “Complete and Pay” button. When clicked it goes to page that says “thank you for registering”, skipping payment page. My site is secure and is not an issue with Quickbooks Merchant Services (I checked with them) I also have a connection ticket. Thinks it is a problem with Shopping cart.

Hi,
MER was deactivated on login so I activated MER to test (now deactivated again), just so I could clarify the issue.
I didn’t want to take plugins offline on a live site so I haven’t tested this, but you have Event Espresso, Events Manager and Events Manager Pro all active at the same time.
Have you tried deactivating the other two event management plugins and checking to see if that helps?
Often events management plugins will use similar terms in the code and plugin structure that can cause unexpected issues when more than one is active at the same time.
