I purchased a developer license and, for one of my projects, I am collaborating with another developer. I am uncomfortable giving him complete access to my account but it would be helpful if he could access the online documentation and support forum directly. What are his options? Does he need to purchase another license just to gain access to these resources?

Hi there Roger,

With a developer license, you provide support for your clients.

If a clients needs to create their own support requests and access documentation, then we recommend that they purchase their own support license.
