I found this shortcode in a previoous topic but it doesn’t seem to work now? [EVENT_ESPRESSO_CATEGORIES cats=”1,2,3,4″ links=”75,76,78″]
Can you help with this in the latest version of EE4?

Hi Smarter Reach,
It turns out the shortcode you tried is for Event Espresso 3 only. Since EE4 uses WordPress custom post types, there are readymade plugins that add the functionality you’re looking for. The one I recommend is is the Taxonomy List Shortcode plugin. You can download it for free from wordpress.org here:

Once you install it, you can add this shortcode to a WordPress post or page to display a list of event categories, with links:
[taxonomy-list tax=espresso_event_categories show_counts=0 cols=1]
