Discount Per Each Ticket in an Event

Hey Guys!

Am I doing something wrong… I created a code for $20 off that applies to all the tickets in an event. My customer is purchasing 10 tickets which should give him $200 off but it’s only giving him $20 off. Did I have a setting wrong?

Hello,

Discounts are applied on a per-event basis. Per-ticket basis isn’t currently available.

Switch it from a fixed amount to a percentage based discount and it should work.
