Discount Code – Flat Fee – apply to one registrant in group

Support docs say that you can apply a flat fee discount code to 1 registrant when multiple are purchased in a single transaction. However, in testing, it’s splitting the flat fee across all registrants. How do you just take it off 1 person?

Hi there,

Which document are you referring to, please? I’d like to confirm what that section is referring to within EE.

Discount codes apply to events as a whole rather than individual tickets/registrations.

May I ask what you use case is? There may be another way to set this up.
