Disabling Ticketing for An Event

For one of my events, it will not work to have registrants print out their own tickets. How do I disable the ticketing feature for this event?

Hello,

Are you referring to the registration process where they select a ticket via the ticket selector and complete registration checkout?

Or, are you referring to the ticket notice email that is sent after a successful registration.

The ticketing feature that I have is the ticket notice email.

Hi,

There is a global template that is used for all events and then an option to use a custom template for a specific event.

Turning it off would do that for all events and you likely do not want that.

The other option is to create a custom email template for the ticket note template and then assign to the event.

You can remove the link to the tickets and instead add some messaging that you feel may be helpful for the attendees/registrants. Here is an example based on your earlier feedback:

This is a reminder that we will be handling the tickets for you. A link to the ticket will not be provided for this specific event.
