I am using WP 4.4.2 and updated to EE Version 3.1.37.8.P two days ago. I created a new event and the full URL is now showing as /?page_id=1305&ee=113 instead of /event-registration/?ee=111. So I re-saved my permalinks to /sample-post/ but nothing changed.

I am using these URLs in my menu structure, but now none of these older links (/event-registration/?ee=111) are working in Chrome. But they work in FireFox.

These links are listed in the menu under Programs on https://www.watsoncaringscience.org/ Please check any of the event listing beginning with a date under Global Programs & Events or WCSI Endorsed Events & Programs.

I would like to use this structure /event-registration/?ee=111

I would greatly appreciate your help, thank you!!

Hi Jean,

Whilst logged in, if you visit this page https://www.watsoncaringscience.org/event-registration/

What do you see?

I just tested the dated event links on my iPhone 5s and they are not working either…

Ok, edit that page and check the published status – http://take.ms/i6ZSA

Does it say ‘Privately published’? If so press the edit link next to ‘Private’ and set it to public, then update the event.

That was it! It was in draft mode. Why would that happen?

I’m not sure why that would happen, its not something EE would change, it’s a standard page within WordPress so somehow the update has altered the status.
