Developer License – can't download add ons

Hello,

I have an EE3 developer license and am finally getting ready to use EE4 for the first time. I was looking to download specific addons (Stripe gateway, ticketing, etc), but the system is prompting me for additional payment for these addons, although the page states the addon should be free with a developer license.

When I navigate to my account page (where I usually download addons from), only a very small set of the EE4 addons are available to download (core, calendar, MailChimp, WP User Integration, and Infusionsoft).

Not sure if I’m missing something or perhaps this is a license issue?
