Delete function does not work for EVENTs

I am able to delete the payment history and then registration records and can send the Event to the Trash. But when I try to do the Bulk Delete Record Permanently, the function no longer works. This changed with two months ago when it was working (cumbersome or not) – now the program just says it’s deleteing records, does nothing and comes back as successful with no records moved from Trash to oblivion.

Hi there,

If I understand the problem correctly, we fixed this in version 4.10.29.p

Your site is currently running version 4.9.26.p, can you update to the latest version and see if that fixes the issue you are having?
