Delete Extra "Custom Message Templates"

While learning how to create “custom message templates” I’ve created extra “templates” that I now want to delete… how do I do this?
I don’t see a “Delete” option to apply.

I can identify and check the ones I want to delete (see image)

…but I’m concerned about clicking “Trash” fearing I’ll also delete the ones I want to keep.

Also, where/how do I change the “custom message templates” DESCRIPTION.

Thanks

Hi,

The checkbox selections on that page actually do nothing. To trash a Custom Message Template, you click on the Move to Trash link that appears when the pointing device (or mouse) hovers on the row of a custom template. After the template is moved to the trash, you can view the trashed messages by clicking on the Trash link (shown in your screenshot). Then, on the Trashed view, you can permanently delete.

Hi,

Here’s a screenshot that shows where the “move to trash” link will appear when you hover on the row:

The description is part of the help text for the message templates, it’s not something that can be changed.
