Delete abandoned transactions

We have a whole load of abandoned transactions and registrations.

I have deleted the abandoned registrations but cannot see how to delete the abandoned transactions.

Can you help please.

Hi Steve,

EE will automatically clean up incomplete registrations after 1 week.

Transactions are automatically removed when the registrations are, you can’t delete individual items as they are all related so deleting a transaction would break the relationship between any registration linked to it and leaves orphaned data in the database.

When you say you deleted the registration are they currently sitting in trash?
