Date & Time Translation messed up

Hello, we’re using 4.10.3.p currently and noticed that the translation of date & time formats seems to be messed up (Germany here).
I’ve provided a screenshot for making it easily clear: https://ibb.co/BB4cH3G
I setup date & time using EE > Settings > Calendar, but I think this only applies for the calendar addon.
Is there a way to setup the date & time format accordingly to European Standards when creating new events? We don’t want our employees left confused over mixed up date & time formats that start with the year and use AM/PM times. ๐Ÿ˜‰
Thank you very much for any help on this!

Okay seems like the picture didn’t host correctly and I can’t upload pictures directly here it seems, so here’s the situation:
Currently it says 2020-12-23 06:00 pm
We need to have 23.12.2020 18:00

I tried Loco Translate but it says that EE is 100% translated to German – seems like the Time Format can’t be edited this way.

Hi,

Date & time formats are not translation strings so that’s not something that you can change with Loco Translate.

What you can do is use a provided filter hook to customize the date and time formats for the editor. Here’s some example code:

You can add the above to a functions plugin.

Thank you very much for this quick and easy fix. Works really well now. Maybe you can include this to Event Espresso Settings in the future as a feature. This ticket can be closed, thank you ๐Ÿ™‚
