Database heavy load of Ticket purchase

Hi Support,
Our existing website facing the problem of Database heavy loading if many people purchase ticket at the same time & cause the database having connection error.

Is there any plugin able optimize the databse of ticket table?

Hi Chuah,

May I ask does your site have the current version of EE4 activated? The reason I ask is because after version 4.9.55.p they added indexes to optimize the database queries.
