HI there,

We recently had someone purchase tickets – and we know they did – only because of the record in our Authorize.net account – but it never showed up in EE.

Any ideas – I have tried searching for the customer in EE in everyway I know – but I cant find him in the system.

Worried.

Hi,

Have you spoken to any of these customers? Did they advise their process when purchasing? Was there any errors?

The only thing I can think of currently is that they have their “session” open and if they hit the back button they can effectively over write their details, even though emails etc may have gone out (recent updates have added a warning to users about this).

Only thing is, if they have completed their purchase and are marked as complete, it should clear the session so this does not happen.

Updating Event Espresso may help and any further information you may have will of course be of assistance.

I just updated Event Esspress and now on my calendar page – this is what I get..

“Warning: array_key_exists() [function.array-key-exists]: The second argument should be either an array or an object in /home1/seanpaul/public_html/wp-content/plugins/espresso-social/espresso-social.php on line 156”

HOW DO I MAKE IT STOP?

Hi,

I checked the calendar page and cannot see this error, have you resolved it or is it still occurring? Have you updated the Social Addon ?

Yes – I did update all of the plug ins and the website is working fine – except We still have a record of someone who bought online – and their record shows up in Authorize.net but not in Event Esspresso.

Any idea?

Hi Sean,

As Dean earlier mentioned if they hit the back button after entering the information into the registration form it’s possible they deleted their own registration. The other possibility the registration record is in the database but it’s being filtered out from the attendee overview. If you can send us log in credentials via our contact form along with the missing registration details we can investigate further.
