Customers complaining ticket download not working after migrating to EE4

Hi,

We get a lot of complaints from our customers that the ticket URL they got before the migration to EE4 is now not working.

When they open the link in their email (from ee3) they get the homepage, and not their ticket. The ticket mails from after the migration are working.

How can I solve this?

Hello,

The old links are not working because Event Espresso 3 is no longer running.

You can use the batch email option to re-send tickets to your registrants/attendess. Here is a tutorial on how to do that:
