Hi,

I’ve seen two topics previously about getting reporting data:

https://www.google.com/url?q=https://eventespresso.com/topic/what-reports-are-possible/&sa=U&ei=ZD0mUvLICMXt2wWcjIGoDw&ved=0CBIQFjAF&client=internal-uds-cse&usg=AFQjCNFs2_PFVExfNnDPuYQ5oKfoH7e8gQ

https://eventespresso.com/forums/2012/04/sales-reports/

We need to be able to pull report data on a broader scale (for instance, show all guests by event for the month of September, with revenue and unused inventory subtotals, by event category).

Am I correct in assuming that a competent MYSQL DBA can create these?

Are there any tools or data dictionary, available to make this easier for such a person?

Thanks!
Gary

Hi Gary,

The export All Attendee Data button will give you a full spreadsheet of attendee data that can be filtered/pivoted/etc.

In answer to your question, and developer who is understands MySQL and WordPress will be able to run queries for you. They may need to study the database a little but it is quite self explanatory if they understand database relationships.

The dev team uses and recommends MySQL workbench to build entity-relationship diagrams of the database:
