Running EE4 4.9.22 and wordpress 4.6.1. We’re having a problem with custom questions not being saved in maybe 25% of registrations. These are all required so the user must be filling them out. When this happens none of about a dozen text fields that are saved, but two check boxes are. Any idea what would be causing this and how to fix it?

Hold on – I think I found out what might be happening. A question group was added to some events, and instead of removing by unchecking in each event the group was trashed. Questions still showing up, so will untrash and uncheck.

So you had a custom question group set on the events and then trashed the group but the questions still showed on the event?
Or the questions still showed within the registrations in the admin?
