custom event date in grid

Hello,
Is it posible modify event date? I mean, Iwant to show only start-date and not end-date.
Maybe the best option is make a child plugin? if yes, how can I do? there is any guide? and what file I have to modify.

Hi there,

What you can do is copy the template file used by the plugin into the root directory of your theme (preferably a child theme) and EE will use that in place of the original, meaning you can edit that template to output whatever details you prefer.

If you’re not using a child theme I recommend creating one, you’ll find a guide on how to do so here:

https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/

Then copy espresso-grid-template.template.php from /eea-grid-template/templates/ into that child theme and edit to whatever you prefer is output.
