Hi Jose,

Can you double check if the email is going to the spam/junk folder within your emails please.

If you send a test email from Event Espresso -> Messages -> *Message template* -> Test Send does that work?

Yes , i check if the mail goes to the spam folder and no. In fact there the first mail “Registration Pending Payment” does arrive.
I also use the test send.

Are you using Multi Event Registration and registering onto multiple events?

What shortcodes are you using in the To and From fields within your custom templates? (All contexts)

NO, i’m not using multievent registration. I’m testing with only one event.
In the TO: [EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
in the from: [CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]

UPDATE: When i use “test mail” my custom arrives ok.

So is it the Event Admin or Registrant context that isn’t working correctly?

Each message type can have multiple ‘contexts‘ in which it is used, you can read more details on message contexts here:

https://eventespresso.com/wiki/messages-system-working-with-message-contexts/

Do both the registrant and the admin not receive an email?

You can try switching the template to use the non formatted versions of the shortcodes, for example:

[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL] becomes [EVENT_AUTHOR_EMAIL]

and

[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL] becomes [CO_EMAIL]

But it sounds like you may be editing the event admin context rather than the registrant context.

Can you link me to the event so I can test this please?

Thanks for the insight
Please can you tell me which is the shortcode for the Registrant to recieve the mails?
Is it [RECIPIENT_EMAIL] ?
Thanks
