Custom Automated Upcoming Event Notification

Hi there,

I am trying to customize my default message template for my Custom Automated Upcoming Event Notification but when I hit “save” it does not save. It keeps on resetting to the default template. Is there a reason why this is happening?

Please let me know.

The button here doesn’t mean to edit existing template. What it does is to create new template

if you plan to edit the one you made, you have to go to your EE dashboard -> Events -> Open event -> then go to notification section. select the template and click edit.
